Please join us for the Annual CCCSFAAA Training Conference and Chancellor's Office All Directors Meeting from March 20-23, 2023 in Monterey, California. 

These trainings provide valuable professional development for CCC staff and administrators as well as a unique opportunity for exhibitors to build brand awareness with institutional decision makers from the California Community Colleges financial aid programs.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Available to help your company gain exposure throughout the conference to attendees. 

Become A Sponsor to receive special recognition during the conference.  There are three levels of sponsorship available.  All sponsors will also be recognized at the President’s Reception on Tuesday night and the CCCSFAAA Business Meeting on Thursday morning by the current CCCSFAAA President. 

In keeping with the conference theme of "One Small Step," we offer three levels of sponsorship (Includes logo on "Sponsors" section of website):

  • Comet Level – Sponsors can host a table at the event; generating traffic and discussions with attendees. Recognition Cost is $1,000.
  •  Meteor Level – Comet Level PLUS sponsorship of the President's Reception on Tuesday evening, or CCCSFAAA Business Meeting on Thursday morning. Three sponsorship openings available at this level. Cost is $2,500.
  • Astronaut Level – Comet and Meteor Levels PLUS prime venue location adjacent to registration, sponsorship of the Keynote Presentation that starts the conference Tuesday afternoon. There is one sponsorship opportunity available at this level. Cost is $3,500.
